HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Surprise! A birthday card that is not masculine! I made this using the Mojo Monday 281 sketch. I just love this one by Mary Fish. Circles are always a challenge to me for some reason so I had fun working on this one. I did add a panel, but hopefully you still see the sketch in my card.

Well, not too much to say about this one. StampinUp! punch was used behind circles. The sentiment tag and sentiment is from Inspired by Stamping. The purple ink and paper are PopTone. The flower is Prima and the ribbon is from RRR.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY FUN

Whew what a day! I am so glad to be settling down this evening. No craft time today, but I have a card that I made yesterday for the  Clean and Simple Stamping challenge.

This is a different card for me, but it was fun to make.  The base yellow panel was embossed with a Darice border embossing folder at the top and a Cuttlebug EF at the bottom. For the top yellow panel,  I used Sizzix Sizzlits for “happy” and Paper Smooches Alphawhimsy dies for “birthday”.  This panel was mounted on purple cardstock and attached with foam tape for dimension. A few pearl, Liquid Pearls, and a purple knotted ribbon from RRR complete this simple card.

Happy Thursday my crafty friends! I always love Thursday because I know tomorrow is Friday, and Friday has always been my favorite day of the week! Today, I am sharing a card I made for the Paper Smooches Sparks challenge.

This was a color challenge and this was as close as I could get to their colors. The tag and the sentiment are Paper Smooches dies. The flower is from Inspired by Stamping and the ribbon is from RRR.
