Hello my Doodle Pantry friends! I hope you had fun last night with all of the Trick or Treaters!
Today is the first of NOVEMBER so that means it is time for the new Doodle Pantry RELEASE and the start of the DPDC52 challenge!!!! You will want to check out all of the great sets this month, but let’s start with this one!
(A2; Digital stamp set: Doodle Pantry (FANCY PIE – free with purchase!); Cut files: Doodle Pantry (CARD CUT PUMPKIN), flower: Silhouette Studio)
This month, I decided to try the card cut file and I’m so happy I did! I love how it turned out. I combined it with the new digi file called Fancy Pie. I used the light yellow solid and merged the pie and sentiment, sizing them for the opening. I printed two designed papers and one solid to use for cutting the card. Last, I cut a flower and added it to the top.
I hope you enjoyed my cards! Be sure to click here to see all of the new releases for this month and join us for DPDC52!

Hello my Doodle Pantry friends! Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the challenge at Creative Knockouts! I’m sure you will want to go over and play in the challenge, but first I have a little inspiration for you. The challenge is Thankful and I chose to use Doodle Pantry’s just released AUTUMN SONG BIRDIES set.
(A2; Digital stamp set: Doodle Pantry (AUTUMN SONG BIRDIES); Ribbon: Really Reasonable Ribbon; Die: Spellbinders)
I love this time of year because we take more time to be thankful for the things we have, the things we have done, the people who are important to us, our health and so much more! This year, especially this last couple of months have been more difficult, but I am so thankful for all that God has blessed me with and know that through His strength, we will make it through this and all will be OK. So I am especially thankful because I know my daughter’s condition could be much worse.
Now for the card! I used one of the solid digi papers from the set and merged the image and sentiment onto it. I cut an oval frame and placed it around the sentiment.
Now it is your turn! Get over to Creative Knockouts and show us what you create! Use a Doodle Pantry image and enter it in the Doodle Pantry Challenge for a second chance to win. Plus you will get the Featured Product (below)!
I hope you enjoyed my card! Be sure to click here to see all of the new releases for this month and join us for DPDC51!

Hello dear friends! Here is my card for the Operation Write Home Mid-Month Throwdown. Once again I have made an AnyHero card because there is no one better to show my gratitude:
(A2: Stamps: Verve (Bountiful Harvest), Inspired by Stamping (Hydrangea and Ahoy Matey), Fiskars (Dotted Flourish))
I love the new schedule at OWH! Instead of a mid-week throwdown, they are doing a mid-month one. I never seemed to get around to the Wednesday challenge.
This weeks sample card is gorgeous and is made by Joanne Travis whose blog is Sleepy in Seattle. I decided to CASE her card keeping the elements, but placing them differently. I stamped the pumpkins three times and paper pieced them to add dimension. I also colored with Copics. I first stamped them on the card panel for placement and so the little squiggles would show without being fussy cut. Then I stamped them twice more to color and fussy cut. Since I was fussy cutting, I didn’t have to mask (yeah), which always seems to take a couple of time for me to get like I want it.
Thanks for stopping by!

Hi my dear crafties! This card was inspired by the challenge at CAS-ual Fridays. I hope you enjoy!
(A2; Stamps: Verve Bountiful Harvest; EF: Cuttlebug; Copics)
Not much I can tell you about this card because it is so simple. The challenge is to use Kraft and text. The pumpkins are colored with Copics. I popped up the Kraft strip with foam tape and embossed the white panel with a Cuttlebug EF. Now on to another challenge! Have a great Saturday.

Whew! Almost finished with the Thanksgiving cards. I think I need to make one more, so maybe tomorrow…This card is for the Digital Tuesday Challenge.
I printed Doodle Pantry’s Autumn Star 3 times and cut out leaves, acorns and the star/ribbon and mounted them with different height pop dots for dimension. I used the negative space from a Scalloped Circle SB to showcase the image and used a brown TomBow pen to give depth. The sentiment is from Verve. A little DI around the image and some ribbon complete this card.
Thanks for stopping by to see my cards today!

Digital Tuesday Challenge 186 Thankfulness
I have been so fortunate to make a lot of friends on the internet. I am so thankful for each and everyone of you, but I have one friend who is going through a really tough time, so this card is for her.
I don’t know if you can tell from the picture, but I printed the Doodle Pantry Autumn Star twice and used one to cut out the small star, ribbon and some leaves to pop up and give dimension to the card. The sentiment is from two sources, “for my friend” is from the Autumn Star set and “Thankful” is a free digi download from Paper Smooches. I really wanted to play in their challenge, but one of their stamps is required. I hope this will qualify!
This is also my “clean and casual” look that I have been working on. I did use layers to give contrast and used a Martha Stewart punch on the small panel base. The bottom half of the white base is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder. The ribbon is from RRR and I just LOVE it! I have almost used all of that orange!
Thank you so much for stopping by! I always love to see that you have visited with me for a few minutes.
