BUGABOO COLOR CHALLENGE

Happy Wednesday sweet friends!  I am stopping in today to share my 2nd card that I am submitting to the Bugaboo challenge.

(A2: Stamps:  Bugaboo (Autumn Owl), Verve (Bountiful Harvest); Dies: Spellbinders

The challenge is a color challenge using fall colors. When I went to the Bugaboo shop to purchase a digi for this challenge, I couldn’t make up my mind, so I ended up with two of them! I shared the first card yesterday and this is the other image I could not resist. I colored him with Copics and stamped the sentiment using Verve’s Bountiful Harvest set. I hope you like it!

Thanks for stopping by!

CASology117: FRUITFUL FALL

Hi dear friends. I am sharing my CASology card for this week. The cue word is CANDY:

I have been trying to post this all week, but life has been keeping me occupied. I don't know how much posting I will be able to do next week because my daughter's treatments start.

I hope candy apples count as candy! I merged the sentiment and apple, resized the apple and then copied it and flipped it. After positioning them with the sentiment, I printed and colored with Copics. I heat embossed a couple of swirly stamps and then used Distress Ink and the emboss resist technique.

Thanks for stopping by.

Here is a link to  the challenge in case you want to share in the fun!!!

LIM192: NEVER GIVE UP

Hello crafty friends. Welcome back to In a World of Craft! I have a quick post to show you my Less is More card for this week.

(A2: Stamps:  Great Impressions (Never Give Up – A145); Dies: Spellbinders, Heartfelt Creations, Taylored Expressions)

This week we are tasked with using autumnal colors. I decided to use my DI ink and blending tool to create the paper from which I would cut the leaves. I used Copics to add a little detail in the leaves and added the GI stamp. The focal square is mounted on brown card stock and mounted on white linen. It is attached to the card base with foam tape.

Thanks for stopping by!

CIE: MISS YOU LIKE CRAZY

Hello crafty friends! Welcome back for another Cards in Envy challenge! This time the challenge is ENTWINED! Here is what I came up with:

(A2: Stamps:Hero Arts (leaves), Verve (Hope Blooms); Bakers twine: Really Reasonable Ribbon)

This is an easy challenge; you just need to add some twine to your card! Since the weather is starting to change, I wanted to use fall leaves on my card. Hero Arts has a set of 4 leaf stamps which is what I used. The sentiment is from the Verve set, Hope Blooms.

Now it is time for you to join in the fun! Here is the link for you, just remember your card must be A2 (4 1/4” x 5 1/2”) size card no thicker than 1/4".

Challenge ends Sunday,  Sunday,  October 5th  at 6 p.m. Central Time.

Happy crafting everyone!

HOW’S IT GOIN’ PUNKIN'?

Hi my dear blogging friends. I have to admit I am really enjoying the Pumpkin Digital set from Doodle Pantry. This is another card using it but with the outline this time and my coloring.

(A2; Stamps: Doodle Pantry (Pumpkin Digital Set) includes digital papers, sentiments and images; Ink: Copics )

This week’s CASology Cue Card is PUMPKIN. I decided to print the solid off-white paper for the background and a strip of the green print, but I made it more transparent so the sentiment would show up better. Once I colored the pumpkin, I fussy cut it and popped it up with foam tape over the green sentiment strip. I then adhered to a card base. I hope you enjoyed!

YOU’RE MY FRIEND

Hi my sweet friends! Fall is well underway now and boy am I enjoying it! Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the challenge at Creative Knockouts where the theme is Happy Fall! Here is the card I made using the Doodle Pantry Pumpkin set that was released last month. I chose the white pumpkins because they look so elegant on this card!

(A2; Digital stamp set: Doodle Pantry (Pumpkin) includes digital papers, images and sentiment; Ribbon: Really Reasonable Ribbon)

This was a really simple card! I used two of the coordinating papers from the set and digitally made a border with the lighter color. I merged the double pumpkin image on the dark paper and printed. I fussy cut the single pumpkin image, cut out the sentiment and assembled by attaching the sentiment, wrapping ribbon around the panel and adding a bow, adhering the single pumpkin with foam tape and adding three pearls.

Now, your turn! Go over to Creative Knockouts and join the fun. Want to double your chance to win? Use  a Doodle Pantry image and you can join both challenges!
