VLVSeptWk4: WINTER WISHES

Hello crafty friends. I have another entry for the Viva la Verve challenge. This card was made using the Viva la Verve sketch for September week 4.

(A2: Stamps:  Die: Die-Versions Sweet Spot, Spellbinders; DSP: MME (Vintage Christmas))

How about a little vintage Christmas this time! I recently got the Die-Versions Sweet Spot die and wanted to play with it. I used the Week 4 sketch, added a small double bow and a white poinsettia. A little stitching and a few rhinestones were also added.

Thanks for stopping by!

Here is a link to the challenge so you can join in the fun!

Die Versions + Great Impressions: A Blog Hop!

clip_image001

Welcome to the Die Versions + Great Impressions designers' blog hop! We've got both talented teams hopping today with a chance to win prizes from both of these craft suppliers! Our theme for this hop is "Tis the Season" so get ready to see some beautiful holiday creations! You should have arrived here from Die Versions blog. If you haven't and would like to hop with us, please go to the Die Versions blog to see the entire hop list and to start at the beginning for the maximum chances to win!

I made two cards for you today with each card using a Great Impressions stamp and a Die Versions die.

The above card uses Great Impressions Chickadee on Winter Branch - G440 and Die Versions Sweet Spots - Winter Wishes – DVSS-016 die. I stamped and colored the Chickadee and then used the Sweet Spots die to cut the circle and the sentiment. I then measured and cut again on the silver paper. I matched up the silver and white words and then cut backgrounds and reversed them behind the words.

For this card, I used Great Impressions Merry Christmas Sparkles – D378 and Die Versions Whispers - Sleigh Ride DVW-4x4x172. I used my Silhouette Studio to cut the swag and made a tiny double bow for the swag.

Thanks for stopping by today! Your next stop in the hop is Anne Temple’s blog! We hope you're inspired all along the way! Grab all the goodies used from the Great Impressions and Die Versions stores!
