DOODLE PANTRY AND CUPCAKE INSPIRATIONS

Hello my Doodle Pantry friends! Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the challenge at Cupcake Inspirations today!   I’m sure you will want to go over and play in the challenge, but first I have a little inspiration for you. The inspiration photo is at the bottom of this post.

(A2; Digital stamp set: Doodle Pantry (Yummy Cupcake and Snowman Pile-up)

I was excited when I saw the inspiration photo (below) because I instantly thought of combining these two images for this card. I merged the cupcake from Yummy Cupcake and the Snowman Pile-up onto the snowy background paper from Snowman Pile-up. I printed and colored with Copic markers and attached to a blue mat. I printed the sentiment and two more patterned papers from Snowman Pile-up, cut and matted them. The white background is dry embossed.

We have a THEME:In honor of Milk Day, which is January 11 this year, we have a theme of MILK, and optional to USE BUTTONS or BRADS. That means to use an image that has to do with milk... cheese, yogurt, ice cream, cows... you get the idea?  But we'd also like to see either some BUTTONS or BRADS on the project as well.

Hello my Doodle Pantry friends I’m so happy you are back for a little more Doodle Pantry inspiration! Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the challenge at Cupcake Inspirations and here is my take on the inspiration photo with a bug theme:

(A2; Digital stamp set: Doodle Pantry (Caterpillar Mail); Dies: Paper Smooches (Scalloped Tag), Spellbinders (rectangle), Lil Inker Designs (Stitched Heart); Cut file: Silhouette Studio)

I just love this pre-colored caterpillar image, so I merged it with some of the cute DP and the sentiment and made that my focal point. I added some die cuts behind it and placed all on the beautiful green DP. All of the DP is from the digital set.

DOODLE PANTRY & Cupcake Inspirations

Hi dear Doodle Pantry friends! Cupcake Inspirations new challenge is an inspiration photo (below) and since Doodle Pantry is sponsoring this challenge, I made a card to inspire you!

(A2; Digital stamp set: Doodle Pantry (A Tweet Hello) and (Asian Garden COLOR plus) includes digital papers, images and sentiment); Ribbon: Really Reasonable Ribbon; Border Punch: Martha Stewart)

I was inspired by the sweet little birds on the cupcake and decided to do a bit of digital maneuvering to create the focal image/sentiment. I wanted a tree for my birdies so I used the scene in Asian Garden and digitally deleted everything except the tree. I created a new blank image and added the blue paper for the background. I then added the tree, birds and birdhouses from A Tweet Hello. The DP is from the A Tweet Hello set.
