Hello my crafty friends! It is time for the Great Impressions monthly challenge! This month we are asking that you choose your favorite GI tutorial and use it on your card. I chose Paper Piecing (click here for the tutorial) and here is what I did with it:
(A2: Stamps: Great Impressions Stamps (Geisha – G360 and If Only I Had Wings - C364); DSP: Graphic 45 (Ladies Diary) )
I admit, I just love details and enjoy doing very detailed paper piecing. For this card, I used three different papers to create the kimono and umbrella. I wanted to keep it CAS to really let the Geisha shine. I hope you are inspired to try one of our techniques this month!
Thanks so much for stopping by for a bit of inspiration from Great Impressions. Don’t forget to check out the blog and the current monthly challenge!
Have you added your creations to our Customer Gallery? If not, please be sure to check it out and add your cards!
