ANOTHER THANKSGIVING CARD

I just have to get started on my Christmas cards! I am so far behind it is scaring me, but then hopefully I will have plenty of crafty time in the next few weeks.  I’m having a little trouble shifting from Fall ideas to Christmas. Maybe a day off will do the trick!
On this card,  I wanted to really showcase the beautiful Rubber Stamp Tapestry set that I have been using in the background.  So this card is using the stamps as they were actually intended (I think).

This card started out with a metallic orange base that is punched on the top corners with EK Success card creators.  Then plain white cardstock is used and bordered with Olive Versacolor ink. I used Spellbinders Labels Two to create a “window” in the white cardstock and outlined it in the same Olive Versacolor ink.
I then used the Pumpkin Border Set to decorate around the window.  The medallion uses a smaller Labels Two decorated with the same stamp set plus the goose and Happy Thanksgiving block stamps from RST.

I also stamped some pumpkins and leaves on a scrap of cardstock, outlined them with a black marker and cut it out to use as a raised element.  Gold pearls ribbon and a pretty punched edge finish off the card.
I hope you enjoyed your visit to In a World of Craft. Have a great day and please let me know what you think of the card!
