PEACE ON EARTH

Hello! Welcome all my crafty friends to In a World of Craft. Today, I have a beautiful Christmas card that I would like to share with you.
This card starts with a 5x7 inch base of white cardstock. I used Rubber Stamp Tapestry’s Poinsettia Twist to decorate the 4 corners of the base.  I just LOVE this stamp set because it is so delicate and simple. The poinsettia appears as two-toned because of the unique way it is stamped. You ink the stamp and make the first stamp, then turn/twist the stamp and stamp again without re-inking.  The set also comes with an itty-bitty leaf stamp and a pretty sprig stamp that combine to make a beautiful Christmas Poinsettia display.

The layered 4x6 inch white cardstock is Diamond Crimped (click for instructions from Split Coast Stampers) and attached to the base. The Medallion is cut from Spellbinders Big Scalloped Circles Large using the 3rd and 4th size die cuts.  I cut them together to create the frame and use the inside portion for decorating. The frame is mounted on chipboard and covered in green glitter.
The sentiment is stamped using the Poinsettia Twist set again and using RST’s "Peace" (Cursive) Stamp – Mini. See recipe below for ink colors used.

Finish this gorgeous card with red satin ribbon and a Prima poinsettia for a truly elegant look.  I love how this card turned out; I hope you like it too!
Thanks for stopping by.  More Christmas cards to come!
