CFC #27

Oh WOW I cannot believe another week is gone!  I hope you had a great week, but really, I just don’t know where the time is going.  Christmas will be here in a BLINK!  And, I am really getting excited about something else –

I am going to see my daughter in another week!!!! I can’t wait. She lives in Nashville and we have so much fun when I go to visit.  She has a dog too; a beautiful Black Lab who is so cute and funny.

Ok, well I thought I would try the CAS-ual Friday challenge again this week. Maybe if I keep trying, I’ll get the hang of CAS designing.  Well, here is my card:
CFC27

This week CFC27 challenges us to: Create a Clean And Simple card with a panel or design element that goes Over the Edge of the card front.

My sweet little card is a 5 x 5” square using K & Company’s Life’s Journey Paper Pack.  I have the left side of the ribbon running off the card to meet the requirements of the challenge.  The rose a handmade crochet rose that I made.   The sentiment is Rubber Stamp Tapestry’s Just For You peg stamp.

So, This is my first CAS card that I actually think is pretty.  I would be interested to hear what you think!

Complete instructions are listed below, so if you want all the details, please scroll down.

I hope you like my card and will leave comments before you leave! Thanks for stopping by….

I think you did a fantastic job with your first clean and simple creation. The patterns and the colors are just lovely. And what a clever idea to have the ribbon go over the edge. Great job! Thanks for playing at CAS-ual Fridays!
