CAS-ual Friday CFC29

Hello and welcome back all my crafty friends! I just realized, I need to start cooking tomorrow for Thanksgiving…..Where does the time go?

When I was a child, we always spent Thanksgiving at my Grandparents’ house.  All the family was there so it was around 20 people and boy was it fun. My Grandma always made “Beef Bean Casserole” so one year, I decided to make it for our family. LOL it is now a tradition for us too! Our son LOVES it and thankfully it is one of those dishes that is better if allowed to sit overnight so I can cook it tomorrow and have one dish done ahead of time!   And, since he is going into the Army, he will be away for the next few Thanksgivings, so I need to make this one special.

OK enough about family and food. The card I am sharing today is for the CAS-ual Friday challenge CFC29….here is my card:

and here is the sketch:

Once again, this card features stamps from Inspired by Stamping’s All Year Wishes II collection. The papers are from K & Company’s Life’s Journey. I just love those papers because the colors are so soft and pretty.
