FF29: NOEL

Last post for today! I have a Christmas card for you that I am entering in the Festive Friday challenge. I was drooling over the inspiration photo!

(A2: Stamps: Rubber Stamp Tapestry (Noel block stamp and Cardinal in Holly set); Verve (Little Lanterns); Die: Spellbinders Ovals)

This card is very simple and quick to make. I LOVE Rubber Stamp Tapestry stamps and when I saw the inspiration photo I knew they would be perfect for what I wanted to do.

I stamped the holly and masked before stamping NOEL. After stamping NOEL, I added some more holly above the sentiment and I heat embossed a tiny candle inside the O. I used the candle glow stamp with light yellow ink to give it more warmth. Using oval SB ovals I made a frame using some silver paper but I have no clue where I got it. I wish I could find more because I am running out. It is more pewter than silver, I guess. I used a piece for the border too. What do you think?

Thanks for stopping by.

Here is a link to  the challenge in case you want to share in the fun.

Happy crafting!
