VLVMarchWk3: HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Hello again friends. Popping in with another  Viva la Verve card for this month. This is the one for VLV  March Week 3 sketch.

I found some more paper I have had forever and this card almost finished the  pack off. For the focal panel, I decided to offset the mat and pink polka dot paper. I then added vellum and stamped the sentiment on it with STAZON. The little paper bow is from a Silhouette Studio cut file.
